By accessing or using any services provided by Humanized AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Humanized AI provides AI integration services including but not limited to voice AI receptionists, AI infrastructure and automation, digital employee solutions, AI consulting, answer engine optimization, and mobile app development. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
All intellectual property created by Humanized AI in the course of delivering services remains the property of Humanized AI unless explicitly transferred in writing. Custom AI configurations and automations built specifically for your business are licensed to you for use during the term of your service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humanized AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
